How to create a customer account? (member area)

To create a customer account, click on the “sign in” button (pink character) at the top right of the site.

Then click on “sign up with email”.

Enter your email and create your personal password, click on “I’m not a robot” then click on “Register”.

A digicode will then be sent to the email box you have entered. Attention, this code is likely to go in your spam.

You only have to fill in the received code and finalize the creation of your member area.

I can’t find an artwork on the site. What to do?

In general, think about the theme in which the work in question could be found because the artworks are classified by pictorial theme. Then hover over the “tables by themes” tab in the drop-down menu at the top of the site to search.

 

You can also use the search bar at the top of the site.

I can’t find an artwork in the shop. What to do?

Not all artworks are listed in the shop. In addition, the shops are classified by pictorial theme, you will find all the portals shop, in the drop-down menu «shop» at the top of the site.

You can also find all the shop portals by clicking on the «all directions» button usually located at the bottom of the drawing section corresponding to each of the themed shops.

How do I cancel my support plan? (my subscription)

Then click on "cancel the subscription".

I do not receive the Newsletter, what to do?

First of all, are you registered for the newsletter?

The registration for the newsletter can be done on the page «CONTACT» of the site by checking the box «I want to subscribe to the newsletter». OR at the time of subscribing to a support form by checking this same box
