Bokamoso looks in our direction, yet she seems lost in thought. Her face is serious and focused. Her eyes are filled with stars, as if she were contemplating dreams and the infinite possibilities.
Two alstroemeria flowers are balanced on one of her branches. Full of optimism, this woman, who looks like a druidess, wanders through the Gilded Wood. Some call her an oracle.
She is dressed in a loose-fitting, multicolored tunic that seems to come to life, reminding us of our primal connection to the wild. We can glimpse a landscape in the background that appears to be a marsh, moor, or mountain.
The contours are blurred, yet these are all places and promises that Bokamoso hovers over on her motionless journey.
